Scarborough
Our home turf, from the Bluffs to Steeles. Scarborough's mix of post-war bungalows, split-levels and newer subdivisions keeps us busy with deck replacements on older footings and full-yard fence renewals — most on lots generous enough for a proper 300 sq ft deck.

Agincourt
Agincourt's mature streets have plenty of 30- and 40-year-old fences at the end of their life. Long, straight rear-yard runs here are perfect for cost-shared boundary fences — we handle the neighbour split-quote paperwork daily in this area.

Malvern
From the McLevin and Tapscott area to the Rouge Valley edge, Malvern homes often pair a modest deck with long side-yard fencing. Rocky pockets and sloped rear yards near the creeks are common — we price the digging honestly after seeing the lot, never before.

Guildwood
Guildwood's ravine lots are some of the prettiest in the city — and the most demanding to build on. Sloped grades need stepped fence sections and, on decks, taller posts and proper engineering-minded framing. It's our favourite kind of problem.

Highland Creek
Near the University of Toronto Scarborough campus and the creek itself, Highland Creek yards back onto green space — which means wildlife-friendly fencing choices and privacy screens matter. Composite decks do especially well on these shaded, damp lots.

Woburn
Woburn's family streets around the Bendale and Centennial College area are classic fence-and-deck territory: kids, dogs, and neighbours on both sides. Chain link for the dog run, wood privacy for the patio, and a gate that actually latches — our bread and butter.

Port Union
Down by the lake in Port Union and West Rouge, wind and moisture off Lake Ontario are hard on fences. We spec heavier posts, stainless or hot-dipped galvanized hardware, and recommend vinyl or composite where a wood fence would age fast.

East York
East York's older homes have smaller, tighter yards — and tighter access. We build compact decks that make a 15-foot yard feel like a room, and we plan material delivery around laneways and narrow side passages instead of pretending they aren't there.

Serving the Whole GTA
Beyond our Scarborough home turf, we build across the Greater Toronto Area: Toronto (Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, East York and downtown), York Region (Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan & Woodbridge, Thornhill), Peel (Mississauga and Brampton) and Durham (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa). Every GTA project is priced from the same rate card in our 2026 Cost Guide — no travel surcharges buried in the quote. Somewhere just outside the list? Ask us — if we can't help, we'll say so honestly.
